Vegetarian Mexican Pizza

Prepare the Base: Use either a pre-made pizza crust, flour tortilla, or homemade dough. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Veggies: Chop vegetables like bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and corn. You can also use canned black beans and drain them well. Set them aside for the topping.

Spread Refried Beans: Spread a thin layer of refried beans on the pizza base. This will act as the sauce for your Mexican pizza. –

Add Salsa or Taco Sauce: Spread a few spoonfuls of salsa or taco sauce on top of the refried beans for extra flavor.

Layer the Veggies and Cheese: Add a mix of your prepared veggies—bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and corn—on top.

Bake the Pizza: Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the crust are golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, top the pizza with fresh cilantro, a dollop of sour cream, and slices of avocado. Slice and enjoy your delicious vegetarian Mexican pizza!
