How to Easily Separate Pumpkin Seeds From the Pulp

Use a large spoon to scoop seeds and pulp from the pumpkin.

Place the mixture in a large bowl of water to loosen seeds.

Stir the seeds in water; they will float while the pulp sinks.

– Use your hands to remove remaining pulp attached to seeds. – 

Rinse seeds in a colander under running water for final cleaning.
